The Tennenbaum Institute helps people – students, partners, and colleagues – to see the larger context of problems, particularly problems that require fundamental organizational change. We help people to gain the competencies to create mathematical and computational models of the phenomena they are addressing.
We help people to understand the human and organizational issues associated with these phenomena – indeed, such issues may represent the essence of these phenomena. We help people to visualize these multi-faceted phenomena and design solutions that may involve technologies, policies, or interventions such as education, training, aiding, or advocacy.
In these ways, TI helps people to change the world and have their own personal impact on the complex systems within which we are all participants. TI helps create leaders.
