| PhD Candidate - College of Architecture (Building Construction)
Parminder (Pammy) Juneja is a PhD candidate in the College of Architecture with a major in facility management and a minor in human-integrated systems. Her research interests include distractions in the workplace, innovative workplace environment, life cycle approach to workplace decisions, and user based workplace assessment.
In her current research, she is examining decisions about workspace type and impacts of auditory distractions in knowledge–based organizations. She has received numerous scholarships for her research, including the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) scholarship, which recognizes outstanding work in the field of facility management. She has several years of experience in the architecture and software industry.
Pammy holds a M.S. in Building Science and Construction Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a Bachelors in Architecture from the Chandigarh College of Architecture (India).
