Jim is a PhD student in the School of Industrial and Systems Engineering. He is an active duty US Army Officer instructing Operational Art and campaigning at the Joint Advanced Warfighting School (JAWS) in Norfolk, Virginia. Jim received a B.S. in Mathematics from Liberty University in 1984, and Masters from American Military University, the US Army Command and General Staff College, and the US Army War College in 1998, 2000 ands 2005 respectively.
